Glenn Tilbrook back to the festival for 2016

Picture
Glenn Tilbrook is the voice and face of Squeeze. It is over 40 years since he first answered Chris Difford’s ad inviting like-minded people to form the what became that evergreen band.

Contrary to the title of his last album ‘Happy Ending’ there is no end in sight for Glenn whether it be solo, a duo with Chris or Squeeze. The song writing ability remains undimmed as witnessed by a Guardian journalist who wrote in amazement as the audience in Bristol in September last year yelled out to hear the new songs from ‘Cradle to the Grave’ along with the songs from his substantial back catalogue.

A Glenn Tilbrook solo concert is a gig not to be missed. Expect to hear the classic hits such as Muscles from a Shell, Up the Junction, Take Me I’m Yours, Slap and Tickle, Goodbye Girl, Another Nail in my Heart, Tempted, Is that Love, Black Coffee in Bed; a few beautifully penned recent tunes and the occasional wonderfully presented cover rendition of a personal favourite. Don’t be surprised to be in awe of his musicianship or how the voice continues to grow in strength while remaining unmistakably Glenn Tilbrook.

Glenn Tilbrook will be appearing on the 18th of November for more information and to book click here.
