Brimstage Brewery
Nestling in the heart of the Wirral countryside lies the home of Trapper’s Hat Bitter. Brimstage Brewery was established in October 2006 and was the first brewery in operation on the Wirral since the closure of Birkenhead Brewery in the mid 60s. The brewery drew inspiration from its surroundings and the strong agricultural history in the area. The animals found in our beer designs are often spotted on the Leverhulme land on which we are based, giving the brewery a strong link to its location and traditions. www.brimstagebrewery.com
